About Us

We are a family-owned business and have been actively involved in the Okanagan community for over 20 years. We are an accredited ICBC Express facility, which means we do ALL the "legwork." All you need is to book an appointment with us. When the job is completed we collect a deductible and a signature. We do all the rest.

We can process ANY insurance company or fleet management company.

FAQ

    • Yes, most insurance companies will pay for rock chip repairs. Size, location, and age may affect this so call or stop by for further info.

  • No, they may clear up substantially but are still visible after repair. The repair is to prevent further cracking and restore the structure of the window.

    • No, we are an ICBC express facility and we work with all insurance and fleet management companies.

    • Most windshield replacements take 3 - 4 hours

    • Rock chips take about 30 minutes.

    • Most modern vehicles with (ADAS) take an additional 1 - 2 hours to recalibrate after windshield replacement. We do this in-house.

  • Yes, we have the most up-to-date equipment and service all makes and models.

    • No high-pressure water for 24 hours.

    • Any other requirements will be explained after repair.

    • Lifetime on labour.

    • 1 year on parts.

    • No returns or exchanges on special order parts.
